E15 is old Stratford, as distinct from the Olympic Park in E20. It covers the town centre around the Broadway, the Stratford Centre and the Theatre Royal, the tall blocks of flats that now ring the station, the Carpenters Estate, and the Victorian streets of Maryland, Stratford Village and West Ham to the south and east.

Two kinds of housing, two kinds of problem

Towers and blocks of flats. Stratford now has many high-rise homes. In tall blocks, mice and cockroaches use service risers, refuse areas and ceiling voids to move between flats. We treat the flat, seal the gaps around pipes and ducts, and work with the managing agent or housing provider on the shared parts.

Victorian terraces. In Maryland, Stratford Village and West Ham the houses are late Victorian, many split into flats. Mice come in through gaps in old brickwork and under suspended floors. The town centre

The Broadway and the streets around the Stratford Centre are busy with shoppers and commuters from early to late, and pigeons follow the food that gets dropped.
