What happens when you get in touch
Tell us your postcode and what you have seen: droppings, gnawing, a wasp nest, bites. We book your visit at the earliest available slot and tell you when that is. Being open 24 hours means you can reach us at any hour; it is not a promise that a technician comes out at night. We will not promise a time we cannot keep.
Every job starts with a survey, and you get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
If it cannot wait
Some problems feel urgent at night: rats heard in the kitchen, a wasp nest by the door, bed bugs found at bedtime. Get in touch straight away so your visit is booked, then see emergency pest control for what to do until the technician arrives.
