The E20 district was created for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Almost everything in it was built from the late 2000s onwards: the former athletes' village at East Village, the newer neighbourhoods of Chobham Manor, East Wick and Sweetwater, Westfield Stratford City, the stadium, the offices and studios at Here East, and the cultural buildings of Stratford Waterfront. People are often surprised to find pests in a new flat.
