Questions people ask
What should I put in my message?
Your postcode, what you have seen (droppings, gnawing, a nest, bites or live insects) and where in the building, how long it has been going on, and the best time to reach you. The more we know, the more useful our first call is.
Can I arrange a survey for a business here?
Yes. Choose the Commercial tab on the form, add the business name, the sector and what has been seen, and we will arrange a survey of the site. Contracts are built around the site, with regular visits and call outs when you need them.
I am an existing customer. How do I reach you about my job?
Choose the Existing customer tab on the form and give the address of the job, with your reference if you have one, or call 020 8914 8285.
Do you cover my area?
We cover homes and businesses across London. Put your postcode into the checker on our areas page to find the neighbourhood page for it, or call and ask.
