Analytics cookies, only if you accept
Where our cookie banner is shown, nothing in this section runs until you choose Accept. If you do, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which loads Google's measurement tags. We use them to see which pages help people and to measure whether our adverts lead to enquiries.
These tags set cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID (Google Analytics, kept for up to two years) and _gcl_au (Google Ads conversion measurement, kept for up to 90 days). If you choose No thanks, none of them are set.
Storage the site needs
These are not cookies, but small notes kept in your browser's own storage. None of them reaches us unless you send an enquiry.

Web chat
Where the web chat is shown, the chat window loads from our chat service, which may store what it needs to keep your conversation open while you move between pages.
Changing your choice
Where analytics are in use, the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page opens the banner again so you can change your answer. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings, which removes everything listed here, and most browsers let you block cookies altogether. The site still works if you do.
