How we treat rats
Rats are intelligent and remember a route once they have used it, so removing them without closing the way in rarely lasts. Our survey looks for the likely source: a broken drain or soil pipe, a damaged air brick, gaps around services or an opening at the roofline. We then treat the infestation using safe, up to date methods placed out of reach of children, pets and wildlife, and proof the entry points. On average two visits are sufficient, but every situation is different and we explain the plan before we start.
