Calling at the weekend
Phone lines are staffed on Saturdays and Sundays. Call 020 8914 8285, tell us what you have found and where, and we will give you the earliest visit we can offer, whether that is the same weekend or early the following week.
Weekend jobs we are often asked about
Wasp nests, found while people are in the garden. Keep away from the entrance and do not block or spray it.
Mice and rats, noticed when the house is busier than in the week. Put food away in sealed containers and keep pets and children out of the affected room.
Bed bugs, found after a trip or when guests have stayed. Wash bedding at 60°C or above and keep sleeping where you are.
